Legal status
RC Vision CIC is a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales under company number 13829883. We exist to create community benefit through inclusive, hands-on engineering, careers and radio control racing activity for children and young people.
Safeguarding
The safety and wellbeing of children and young people comes first. RC Vision maintains safeguarding procedures for activities, staff, mentors and volunteers, including appropriate vetting, training, reporting and escalation.
- Relevant staff and volunteers are subject to appropriate DBS checks.
- Concerns are handled promptly, confidentially and in line with our safeguarding procedure.
- Children and young people are encouraged to be heard and taken seriously.
Privacy and data protection
When you enquire, book, subscribe or take part, RC Vision may collect contact, organisational and delivery information needed to respond, organise activity and keep participants safe. We collect only what is necessary for the stated purpose, restrict access, store it securely and retain it only for as long as needed.
Marketing updates are optional. You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with service providers or delivery partners where needed and appropriately protected, or where the law requires it.
